I Know What I Want and I know is not going to be easy.
I have to really fight about quitting something that is already a habit, but I’ll do my best to make myself proud at the end of the year when I come up with the 2016 resolutions.

– Eat less salty, more healthy
– Wake up before 8 AM everyday
– Get more organized
– Workout and meditate in the mornings
– Learn to don’t think too much and don’t take things personally
